FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We start with an introductory consultation – in person or online – where we go through your goals, current situation and expectations. You don't need to prepare anything special. Just have an idea of what you want to achieve. I'll take care of the rest.
It depends on the scope of the project. A simple presentation website can be ready in 2–3 weeks, while a more complex project typically takes 4–8 weeks. We always agree on the deadline upfront.
Both. One-off projects such as an SEO audit or website creation are welcome, as is long-term collaboration in CMS management, online marketing or ongoing SEO optimisation. I prefer long-term client relationships – they allow me to understand the business in depth and deliver better results.
For projects I typically invoice a 50% deposit at the start and the remaining 50% upon completion. For monthly services I invoice in arrears at the end of the month. Payments are accepted by bank transfer against an invoice.
Yes. After launch I offer management, updates and technical oversight as part of the CMS Management service. If you want your website in good hands after going live, I can take care of security patches, content and performance.
Yes, I communicate in English and have experience with international projects. Collaboration works smoothly online.
